These services may not be offered or advertised in any form.
Forging documents
Certificates, official documents, stamps, medical reports or bank statements, or altering them or helping to.
Visa and residency trading
Selling visas or residencies, or transferring sponsorships outside official procedures.
Hiring out workers and cover-ups
Recruiting, hiring out or transferring domestic workers without a licence, or expats trading for themselves or under a citizen's name.
Hacking and account unlocking
Breaking into accounts or devices, unlocking without proof of ownership, spying and tracking people.
Sorcery and fortune telling
Magic and its removal, witchcraft, fortune and cup reading, horoscopes and claims of curing illness with them.
Academic cheating
Leaking exams, doing assignments or exams, and writing research or theses on students' behalf.
Collection by threats
Collecting debts or claims through threats, public shaming or blackmail.
Fake followers and reviews
Selling followers, likes, reviews, fake accounts or stolen accounts.
SIM cards and numbers
Selling SIM cards or registering them in other people's names, and selling registered numbers.
Human and organ trafficking
Any exploitation of people, or selling human organs or remains.
Sexual and escort services
Prostitution, escorting and sexual chats, and home massage or massage outside a licensed venue.
Fundraising and begging
Collecting donations or zakat without a licence, and begging in any form.
Unlicensed money services
Loans, financing, currency exchange, money transfers, investment management and pyramid schemes without a licence.
Gambling and betting
Betting, lotteries, casinos and gambling apps.
Piracy
Pirated streaming subscriptions, unlicensed software or game activation, and copying protected content.
Selling personal data
Selling lists of numbers or personal data, or collecting them without consent.
Extremism and hate
Terrorist or extremist content, insulting religions, and inciting violence, hatred or discrimination.
Prohibited items 15
No service may sell, deliver or promote these.
Weapons and ammunition
Firearms, blades, ammunition, stun guns, pepper sprays and their parts.
Explosives and fireworks
Explosive materials, fireworks and firecrackers.
Drugs
Narcotics, psychotropic substances and paraphernalia.
Medicines and supplements
Prescription and over-the-counter medicines, slimming drugs, supplements and medical products.
Alcohol
Selling, delivering or serving it at events.
Tobacco and vapes
E-cigarettes and liquids, tobacco and shisha products, and delivering them.
Counterfeit and stolen goods
Fakes and replicas of brands, and any stolen goods.
Protected wildlife
Endangered or predatory animals and birds, ivory and protected animal skins.
Antiquities
Archaeological artefacts, historic manuscripts and ancient coins taken from heritage sites.
Spy and jamming devices
Bugs, hidden cameras, jammers, laser devices and unauthorised satellite internet equipment.
Crypto and forex
Selling or mining cryptocurrencies, trading and financial tips, and guaranteed-profit offers.
Adult material
Pornography, sex products and anything offensive to public decency.
IDs and bank cards
IDs, passports, licences and official documents, and bank cards or their data.
Military uniforms
Military, security and government uniforms, badges and ranks.
Hazardous materials
Dangerous, toxic or flammable chemicals.
Not accepted for now 8
These services need a licence we cannot verify yet, so we do not accept them even from licensed providers. We will open them once licence checks are in place.
Medical and nursing care
Examinations, treatment, nursing, home care and cupping.
Cosmetic injections
Botox, fillers, cosmetic injections and medical peels.
Pharmacy
Dispensing, selling and delivering medicines.
Real estate brokerage
Marketing and brokering property sales and rentals.
Recruitment
Recruitment offices, staffing companies and labour supply.
Security services
Private guarding and protecting premises or people.
Legal and engineering work
Legal representation, notarisation and certifying engineering plans.
Nurseries and childcare
Nurseries, kindergartens and group childcare.
Licensed only 9
Allowed only for providers holding the licence their country requires. We recommend adding your licence number to the description.
Physiotherapy and therapeutic massage
By licensed specialists or licensed centres.
Passenger transport
Paid rides, errands in private cars and school transport.
Private tutoring
Where the country requires a permit, as in the UAE and Qatar, and with limits on expat teachers in Kuwait.
Drones
Aerial photography and drone flights with a civil aviation permit.
Influencer advertising
Paid advertising through social accounts, such as the Mawthooq licence in Saudi Arabia.
Pet breeding and sales
Breeding and selling pets under veterinary authority rules.
Pest control
Spraying and fumigation by a company licensed by the municipality, with approved pesticides.
Food and catering
Cooking, buffets and food for events, with a food permit or health certificate where the country requires one.
Gas installations
Installing and maintaining central gas lines and tanks, by a contractor approved by civil defence or the competent authority.
If a rule is broken
- Automatic checks reject the service before it is published, or send it to review.
- A published service that breaks the rules is removed without prior notice.
- Accounts are suspended for repeated or serious violations.
- We cooperate with the authorities when we suspect a crime.
If your service is not on this list and is legal in your country, you can publish it. If you are not sure, contact us before publishing.
